Happy New Year And We’re Turning 20!!

Before we dive right into all the exciting news and goals our company has set out for a new year in business, allow us to say Happy New Year! The holiday season has come to an end and we hope that you seized every opportunity to spend a little extra time with your families and loved ones. We’re back in the full swing of business, but we encourage you to continue making time for the people and things that matter the most.

 

Going into 2020, we intend to raise the bar for the whole company. Not only is this the start of a new decade, but it is also the year we turn 20! We are always excited for another year in business, but this year specifically we are all very excited about celebrating what started out as a $150 investment turning 20 years old! From the start, our mission has always been to give back and help the small and local businesses find the ideal solution to their furniture needs and we intend to continue doing this for many more years.

 

Here are some other goals our team will be pursuing throughout 2020.

 

  • Expanding our reach

We’ve been doing a lot of work making sure our branding and image matches the work we can do. We are doing large outfitting projects, and there are still people out there who didn’t know we could do that! 

 

  • Increase our efficiency

We are always trying to improve our process by listening to all feedback. Updating some things will make the whole process faster and easier for us as well as the client.

 

  • Improve on our referral network

There are so many companies in Charlotte that we’ve worked with and so many we would like to work with. Creating strategic alliances and joining forces will make clients’ lives easier when opening or relocating an office space when they have a whole bundle of companies to work with who work well and communicate together.


There is no doubt that  2020 will be our best year yet. We will be  more involved in our community, improving the work-life balance of our employees, and we will continue to cater to the overall satisfaction of our clients.
