We are very satisfied with the service and support to get new furniture for our office. The sales team (Luz and Cassaundra) were very helpful in getting the quotes and updating them when we asked for a change or update. We received several other quotes and COS was the only company that had used furniture available that met our requirements and the price was much lower than new so this was a major consideration in our decision.
